Hi,

Recently I bought a German watch that uses the Poljot 3133 Movement and I have a question about the crown. When you pull out the crown to set the time, I understand that you should hear/feel a click, but if you pull a little harder again, I can feel another small click, is this normal? It does this every time if I pull it a little harder again.

I just want to make sure that I didn't break something.

:thanks

There should be no second click heard on a 3133

What you may be hearing is a spring in the keyless works, that is slipping.

Two questions:
One, is the crown hard to push back in? And, two, what is the watch, a Junkers?

Hi Strela,

Thanks for the reply.

Slipping, is that a problem?

I'm not sure if I've explained well, when the crown is in the out position, if I try to pull it again a little harder, it feels like there is a second out position like a regular quartz watch with date/time adjustment, except it's so little that I can barely feel it. Actually, it would be really far fetched to call it as it feels like a second position.

No, the crown is not hard to push back in.

Yep, it's a Junkers 6702-5.

:thanks

No, there should not be any other positions for the 3133, just "in" and "out".

Thanks lysanderxiii.

I understand there shouldn't be any other positions, mine doesn't was well, it's just that I can feel a tiny click if I pull on the crown a little harder after the out position. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

I also have a 3133 powered Junkers watch (not the horizon though, mine is an open heart chrono) and my crown has always behaved in the correct way: just one gentle pull moves the crown from one position to another where the crown engages the hour hand movement (so there are only 2 possible positions).
