Hello everyone, watch newbie here, looking to finally getting my first automatic.
And eyeing the Artelier complication moonphase as the "one" for now.

Looking at the Oris's website, there seem to be 2 very similar model of the watch that I want
(apologies as I can't post links nor images due to post count)

1, 01-781-7703-4031-07-5-21-75fc

2, 01-781-7729-4051-07-5-21-66fc

Looks identical in look and specification other then minor Dial differences

I prefer #2 (nicer moonphase, guilloche pattern, ORIS logo placement) but I haven't seen it in AD or GM websites or chrono24 ads.
Only see #1 everywhere I looked, does anyone know anything specific about the #2 model ? What other differences are there that I am not aware of? Some regional specific, limited or even retired model?

Thanks.

They look to be the same watch but, as you say, with minor dial differences. Why not ask an AD why it seems to be rare?

Hi, funny enough, I've actually been looking at the very exact same 2 watches and I've been looking for #2 as well. Haha. So after 2 days of intense search and going to an AD, I finally found out, #2 is a release from Baselworld this year and as such hasn't reached stores for sale YET. But it will be in the coming months, around September for Asia from what I've gathered.

May we find it soon!
