In most 9015 movements, you can sort of feel when the over-winding protection end is slipping in the barrel, there's kind of a "pulse" feeling in the crown resistance - very frequent pulse rate, approx. one pulse per every ten or so degrees of crown twist. It's not much different from the normal handwinding feel, and depending how stiff the gaskets around the crown stem are, you may or may not even feel this.
I've never, ever heard any particular "click" or anything else audible that signified a full wind. In fact... most (all) of the 9015 movements I've had never made any "clicks" from crown rotation. Pulling in/out between positions, sure. But rotating? Nope, never.
