If this post could be placed in a better sub-forum let me know.. didn't see one.

I am interested if anyone is from the central North Carolina area, specifically nearest Raleigh, or is atleast familiar with the area. I am looking for a recommended 'watch shop', as in repairs, services, cleaning, etc.

Now that I am beginning to have some nicer watches on the way and added to my collection I am wary taking more expensive watches to 'mall corner' service centers like 'Kronos Watch Center'.

Any feedback or input would be very much appreciated!

IWW is in Cary, but Jack works out of his home so you still need to ship the watches to him. If you've got something really special that you need taken care of, send it to him:

Other than that, most of the jewelry stores in town send out the watches for service. The only place I can recommend personally is Wentworth & Sloan in University Mall in Chapel Hill. They do everything in house and have always done a good job for me. It's worth it to me to spend the time driving over there.
