Just when I thought to myself that I was going to pare down my vintage pieces and concentrate on newer ones, I splurge on a beat up black/silver 6139-6005 that after a service will be rock-solid, if not less than perfect, even on the original bracelet.

A few days later, this interesting 5H23-5040 arrives, working perfectly but needing the grime knocked off.

And today, my sweet 7017-8000 Speedtimer Pulsimeter showed up with *surprise* a Kanji wheel. It's my first Kanji date watch, and I'm really excited. The case is polished, but I'm not complaining!

Gotta love the Seiko vintage!

WOW...what a find, very cool watches, all 3...... the vintage watches...of any brand are so much nicer....but then I'm out of the demographics & I am not too wild about most current offerings from the big 4 Japanese brands found in USA. I bid on 2 "80's vintage Seko dive watches, still waiting to hear?
