My current pick is the 3 reasons why FP Journe is next level. I'm open to non-WatchFinder vids but I don't think they'll compare with their cinematography, macros, and script.

why not just show her your watches, let her handle them and talk about what excites you about them. She's coming to see you, not for some "come to *****" revelation about watches, because, while she might appreciate the cinematography, but it's unlikely that some video is going to suddenly turn her on to watches.
My wife likes riding around in our old convertible, but she couldn't give a flying crap about what goes on under the hood (ie, the stuff that interests me).
