Recommendations for first Bell & Ross

I’d love to have a B&R as a non-fussy GADA watch, if I can afford one. I’ve seen the Aviation Quartz at a good price, and like it’s look, but perhaps there is a better starting point than that. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I think its a great looking piece but in practice, I find the crown-controlled quartz display difficult to navigate. It's the same style as the Breitling aerospace models; and I find it really finicky to change the functions by spinning the crown at the correct speed. It's a bit of an annoying process.

I suggest if you like the square, going with an automatic model; especially one in Ceramic.

However, if you want a good GADA sporty quartz, maybe have a look at the new Breitling Endurance pieces which are super cool and very comfortable to wear. If you don't mind the crown-operated Ana-digi quartz, you also might wanna consider the Breitling Aerospace and the Dodane Quartz Type 23; the latter of which is very handsome.

Good luck!

Nice choice. The Erika's Originals are comfortable. I find I like them better than NATO straps. I'm waiting on one right now for my 03-92.
BR01-92 Heritage. Tried a bunch and still absolutely love this one.

Love the watch and its design. What happened to the bezel if you don't mind my asking?
Lots of wrist time lol. Tbh I don't mind the wear, gives it character, and thankfully the sapphire is unscathed. Considering getting the PVD removed but am contemplating buying a BR05 so I can have a square stainless watch.

I love B&R, I think their watches are brilliant. The iconic ones, the watches that define them are the instruments such as the BR03-92; this is my Matte Ceramic one. Ceramic is scratch proof, but not drop from a height onto a tiled floor proof.

As much as I love it, I'm not sure it's really a daily wearer as it's quite a striking / divisive design. As a general wearer, there is a lot to like with the BRV-92

I know B&R is known best for their square designs, but I really like my B&R Fusion in 38mm size for everyday GADA wear.
