I've had most of the limited edition flight instrument series, I haven't had this one specifically but some of my others had very similar dials. I liked them, they are different for sure

Seriously thought about buying one. Pretty cool. The deciding factor not to buy is the fact that the planes and hand are not luminous. If they were, it would be in the collection.

I also wonder if they would be desirable once they sell out? It is so unique and querky that either it would be sought after or a total dud....... I am a serial flipper so this is important to me.

I have the new one. I wear it a LOT more than I thought I would. Only took a day or two to reorient my brain on how to see the time when I look down quickly. As with yours a really cool watch that gets a lot of comments. Most people assume it is digital. The main downside to the Radar is that for some asinine reason B&R didn't lume anything at all on the dial, it's quite literally a daytime only watch. Looks spectacular in daylight but harder to read than the Phantom at night. I don't see anyone mention it but it's extremely inconvenient and if I knew that before I bought it, probably would have stuck with the HUD - a similarly tinted sapphire watch from their flight instruments series which is lumed and reads great at night. I think once the warranty is out, I'll have the jets and second hand lumed by someone who offers that service.
