Hi All,

Quick question for all you Russian watch experts. I have a few Raketas and they really vary in accuracy. I have one that runs near COSC standards, one runs pretty fast, +30 sec/day, another that is -40 sec/day, and 2 others in between. Since it they are snap back watches I figured I would give regulation a shot. Any tips on adjusting them?

Thanks in advance!

Sincerely,
Griff

There are 2 ways to acomplish that?
- trial and error: move the regulator and check after 24 hrs, then move avain +/- a.s.o. until you get where you want.
- with a timing machine, e.g. microset

Thanks Valdus, I am giving the first option, trial and error, a shot. So far, not too bad... :)

Cheers,
Griff

With care, and a good condition movement, a Raketa 26--N or NA should be adjustable to a finer accuracy than a Poljot 26--.2N, or so I've read.
