Hi All,

My SARB had to go all way the back to Japan for repair. A couple of months after I got it back, I noticed a tiny fibre on the dial (possibly stuck between dial and chapter ring). What is seen cannot be unseen.

I had the back off today to regulate it and removed the stem thinking I could just tip the movement out and clean the dial. However, the movement stayed fastened in place.

What's the trick to removing these? There are a couple of gaps in the ring at 2 o'clock and 7 o'clock (viewed from the front) that might be tabs that extend into the case and screw to the base plate. But I'm not going to start unscrewing things blindly!

Simple ! Like any 7S26 movt.
Just use a tweezer and slowly lift up from the stem holes.
No, 6R15 uses tabs, as the OP described. Unscrew and remove these first. After which the movement will come out without any pulling.
