Gentlefolk,

I have been having problems with the springbars on my Prodiver getting loose a lot, but always noticed in time to screw it back in again.

A couple of weeks ago, I had my watch in my pocket (we have a bare below the elbows policy whilst on clinical placements), and to my annoyance I found that a springbar had managed to pry itself loose. It must have fallen out of my pocket when I was taking something else out.

In short, I am in dire need of replacement screw-in springbars. Does anyone know where I can get a set, and for how much?

Cheers!

Email Stowa and the will happy to send out a replacement by letter. They have done that before so give it a try.

Yup, that worked. They just confirmed that they'll send me a set next week. Excellent customer service.

Thanks for the tip, Mike.

That is one of the reasons their watches are so well thought of, they back it up with great customer service when needed.
