The lume insert/piece that sits at the 12 mark on the bezel is missing from my watch due to old age.

I was wondering if I could replace this? It is a 1988 SMP 200m, would I be able to get one of the more recent bezel inserts? Watch is 38.5mm by the way.

If it's the watch in your avatar, you'd likely need to buy a new bezel entirely as I don't think just the inserts are avaliable on their own. Ofrei sells them,

though you'll need to check your reference number on the inside of the caseback to make sure you get the right one
