I came across a UK site selling replica watches for £75 including Breitling replicas. Can the term replica be used legally as they are not "fake"?

They actually prompt that they are replicas and for 'novelty' value and that they recommend buying from an AD! They also state terms that anyone linked to any watch manufacturer cannot legally view their site and would be breaking these terms (and some Bill Clinton law stuff) and therefore cannot sue the company.

Incredible how they can get away with it. :rodekaart

I find it interesting how Breitling want to clamp down on the discounts given by AD as it apparently de-values the brand yet this sort of thing goes unchallenged and certainly de-values it.
