Please forgive me if the post seems inappropriate or commercial in nature, but I thought this newsworthy enough to deserve mention. I have no connection to the business, of course.

Randolph Nilsen, a longtime collector, participant in several fora, and supplier of NATO and military straps, passed away earlier this year after a long illness. He was buried in Arlington National Cemetery. His eBay store had long been reputed for its great prices, excellent service, and wide selection of hard-to-find straps, especially NATO/G-10 straps.

It has only recently been discovered that the business and eBay store remain open, carried on by his widow and family. A recent inquiry of mine through eBay was answered:
"Yes, thank you. If you would let people know that for over a year, this business has been operated as a joint owned business and still is operated by me and Randy in spirit.
Thank you again!
K. M. Nilsen"
