Lol :-!
Lol :-!great List Gfinn. Since Becoming A 'watch Freak' I Can't Help But Notice Watches Being Worn In Movies Rather Than Actually Following The Film!! I Need To Get Out A Bit More Perhaps!
Ha! It was, when the list started in early 2006. Turns out the Rolexes are everywhere...I thought this was suppose to be a short list? :-s :-d:-d

I don't think Magnum wore a 1680. For the first few seasons at least, he wore a Chronosport SeaQaurtz 30.Tom Selleck wears the GMT in several episodes but does wear his Sub 1680 most of the time.
It was an 18K GMT IIc in Ocean's 13.I think Brad Pitt was either rocking the SS Sub date or ND in Oceans' 13. Theres a good glimpse of it when he laid down the money on that slot machine.
Watching it now, looks to be intense. It's a Submariner ("non-date," though that's anachronistic). Can't tell the vintage, looks older than the 1999 production date, but the bezel looks ceramic. Maybe just a beater.Better late than never; Clive Owen starred in a great British mini-series called "Second Sight" about a hot-shot police detective inspector who starts to lose his sight and tries to hide it. He first realizes it when waking up one morning, picking his SS Date Sub up off the carpet next to the bed, and trying to focus on it to tell the time. Funny thing is, the crown is completely unscrewed. He continues to wear it throughout the series. You can catch it on BBC America or probably find it on NetFlix....great series!
