Just arrived is this 1970's Royce (Eska) Automatic. It has an AS 2063 17Jewel movement, an almost new blue strap the same shade as on the dial, and the cutest little raised batons topped with red paint. I'm rather pleased with it.:-!

Very nice. Definitely 70s.

Is this an NOS watch with the original band?
:thanksNo. The ebay seller described it as 'in fair condition', but I think its had little use. The strap (ok, band) was fitted by him to match the watch and he says he only wore it twice. The band is a Pebro in 'echt leder'. The watch was quite cheap - I think - at £20 ($40).

The angled photo gives a good perspective on the construction of the dial.

Whereas the seller's picture was face-on and he didn't mention the '3D' batons/markers. So it was a total surprise to me this morning! BTW, its got the original crown as well.
