1905? I do not think so.
More likely 1915.
What is the serial number on movement and inscription date on back case??

That's cool! Do you think the dial and hands seem to be from the mid 1920s?
That is actually the first dial used by Elgin and Waltham for their men's wrist watches according to advertisements dating back to 1913.

Known as the "BOLD Arabic" dial.

The skeleton hands were also available back then too.

Thanks guy for your comments.
From what I've found, serial number places it at 1912.
Serial number 18447777 Waltham
As for the case:
Case 959337 AWC.CO. STERLING.
I'm really proud to own this piece of Canadian history.

Hi
Yes
1912 makes sense for movement.
What date is inscription? 1915, I guess.??
Then all ties up correctly. Movement 1912, sold 1914/15
Regards
