Hi one and all one of the perks of being an Airline Pilot is being able to see new products not available in Europe/USA,i was in Hong Kong and i tried on the new Casio GPS/Runners Watch,pros. . . . .Not bad size good price(2500 HKG Dollars),strap design decent,cons. . . . .Nothing unique or special enough plus it took ages picking up a signal kind of defeats objective of being a GPS watch!So i'd pass on it.:-(

I think Casio wants share in the popularity runners GPS systems like the Garmin Forerunners. I was at a Marathon a few months ago and saw that many runners wear portable GPS devices. I have a Garmin bike GPS computer. It always takes quiet a while on that one to find the position. It's amazing what those computers can store and show.

I believe in the past Casio had the first GPS watch in the ProTrek series.
