I've been looking online for the technical drawings for this movement without much luck.

Does anyone have a link or have produced a cad drawing for this?

What is the Sea-Gull model of this? I have a truck load of Sea-Gull drawings for most of their calibres.

 

Considering this: watch Movement TY2809 Automatic Skeleton Watch Seagull Movement 1pc | eBay , it's ST16 skeleton, probably ST1609.
The dimensions are the same with ST1601: Tianjin Seagull Caliber ST16
