I am now the proud owner of a SMPchrono tosantasmile. I w ent for the 2599.80 version but could not resist the latest 2225.80 when the AD offerd it at the same price.
But, how long did it take before your watch ran correct. I've lost some minutes since yesterday.:-s I know an automatic needs som breaking in time and that it wasn't really charged up till now. Still I am curious.

I'm talking minutes not seconds. However the watch was not fully charged and I wore it only for some hours. I did wound it manually last night (don't know if it was full charge since I didnt know of the protection system and was affraid to overwind and break something. Since I have to go back for the original papers (and from rading this forum, I know thast I also have to go back for a half link of the bracelet and the price tag) I will ask my AD.
Meanwhile I can't do anything but keeping my fingers crossed.
