Does not look like any soviet movement I am familiar with. Try posting on the Chinese Mechanical Watch forum and see if you get a response. I believe that's where the modern Sekondas are made now.

A dial picture would be nice.

 

Sea-Gull ST2525 automatic/hand wind, hacking movement. Easy to find it on google.

As schnurrp suggested it is a Chinese movement, and I'm not familiar with it. The chinese sea-gull have been doing a great job, especially with chronographs, or so I've heard, but I didn't know the Sekondas are casing sea-gulls nowrdays. This one is a date/month movement, and I don't know what the third subdial does, day/night?
Enjoy your watch, and I do recommend you snap a russian (soviet) made Sekonda when you get a chance. There were Sekonda branded Slavas, Poljots, Vostoks and maybe others. There should be a lot of interesting info on the soviet Sekonda brand in this forum.

Yes Ivan I was searching Russian movements and never considered it would be Chinese.It has day and date and the other sub dial shows the moving balance wheel with a little seconds hand.Pretty cool
