Up for grabs is this modded Seiko SNDA27 chronograph. Features include a green dial, blasted case, 1/20th second chronograph, date. I love this looks of this watch, but my tastes have changed, and I haven't worn it in some time. I added a domed sapphire some time back. This was my daily driver for about a year, but it's in good shape. There are small marks consistent with wear, especially on the bezel, but no deep scratches. The watch keeps good time and everything functions as it should. I changed the battery about 4 months ago.
FULL DISCLOSURE: This is a self mod. I am not a watch maker. A close inspection reveals that the crystal is not perfectly seated in the watch. It's not super noticeable, but it's there. I cannot vouch for its water resistance. It was my daily driver for about a year after the mod with no issues. In this time I washed my hands, wore it in the rain, and did normal daily tasks with no water incursion. I did not submerge the watch. I do not consider these major issues, but I want to be an upfront seller and let you know exactly what you are getting.
You receive the watch only. There is no box, papers, or OEM strap. I will include 2 inexpensive, but serviceable straps. One in brown leather, and one in faux leather backed khaki canvas. Both have quick change spring bars, but 1 is missing a spring bar which can be easily donated from the other strap.
$50 gets the watch shipped anywhere in the lower 48. Please inquire about shipping costs.
