Search eBay for Seiko 6139 for a rough idea. Some 6139 are much more desirable in the marketplace than others, so prices vary on model version, originality, recent servicing and of course, condition.

That watch used to sell for between $100 to $125 brand new in the mid to late seventies. They sell for hundreds of dollars on eBay. However, they are overpriced.

As has been suggested, do some research and see what they are going for. If you're trying to sell it here you may want to review the ToS, you need 100 posts and a member here 90 days before you can sell a watch here. Your post could be construed as an attempt to circumvent the rules and sell here anyway, just sayin...

He was asked whether he was buying or selling. He didn't offer that info up. You can't ask him if he's selling and then accuse him of using the forum to sell when he responds. That's ridiculous. Just sayin.

These are selling for $150-350 on eBay depending on condition. There are some buy-it-now listings up asking $450. Seems like a good starting point.

A bargain, really.
