This is a lovely older Seiko Sealion that was purchased at the PX in Saigon in the late 60s.

Very good yellow plated case with stainless steel screw-down case-back; some wear-through between the lugs from an improperly fitted bracelet at some time in its past.

25 jewel Seiko 6106 hack-set automatic movement with quick-set date at 3 o'clock and day of the week at 9 o'clock. Interestingly, and something I'd never seen before, the day of the week is numbered, with Monday as 1 through Sunday as 7.

Excellent linen dial and yellow metal hands. Good crystal.

Watch movement number: 6106
Watch serial number: 897335
Production date: Sep, 1968

Fresh black leather strap. Keeping dead-on time and in over-all very good condition.

$129, delivered in the USA via Priority Mail.
