I took on a Seiko Arnie as a project and it’s proving to be difficult. I (stupidly) took the stem out in the setting position and now the stem won’t stay secure in the hole.

On mechanical watches, I’ve fixed this by taking the dial off and readjusting the keyless works and lever, but this watch doesn’t seem to have those (view the last picture to see what’s under the dial). I’m out of ideas and frustrated by my mistake; does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Circled and arrowed are the areas where the crown would go in. Thanks in advance!

The only one picture of Seiko's H851 Movement i could find on the net. Thanks for that! Unfortunately there is not much play on disassembling such movement (+completely made in China :-( ). Almost no screws (no at all on the dial side) which makes it a "throw away" piece.
I had the same stem problem on a Poljot 3133 movement. Was able to solve it without dismantling (the dial side) by pressing back (through the whole where the stem goes in) the position lever with a tiny sharp screwdriver, of course you have to know the exact position of it.
