Does seiko have two websites for the USA?

this Morning I found SeikoUSA.com it seems legit but much different functionality from Seikowatches.com. USA has less inventory but better searching and seems to offer online.

Watches.com links to many seiko international sites, has more inventory and poor filter capability, without online shopping. That’s the one I’ve been looking at for months.

is one of these sites fake? A honey pot to trick you into giving your credit card info?

Seikousa.com is legit, but holy moly it's inexplicably bad. Almost like they are purposely leaving off their best new models that are absolutely 100% available in the USA. Within prospex alone, new willard line, the modern 62mas variants like SPB143, the slim turtle line like SPB317 are not there. Not to mention their new black/green GMT variants. Seikousa is asleep at the wheel
