I recently acquired a Seiko Kinetic GMT SUN023 and decided to take comparison pictures with my other larger watches: a Garmin fenix GPS, a G-Shock GW-A1000D, and a Pro-Trek Black Titanium. Compared to these watches, the SUN023 definitely holds its own.

I'm loving the Seiko! It hasn't been off my wrist since I got it except for taking pics .

It may just be a combination of size and weight but I find my 021 rather a hefty piece. Hefty or not I love it to bits. Congrats on your 023.

nice photos, thanks for the comparison. I had the SUN023 but ultimately sold it because it was too big for my 6.5" wrist. Even though it looks smaller in your comparison pics, I have a protrek like that and a similar gshock analog and they definitely wear smaller. The sun has a big presence and is pretty tall i guess.

Love the design of the SUN023, wish i had a bulkier wrist!
