My name is Carlos and today I have for your consideration a Seiko SBCZ005 titanium AKA Seiko Grey Ghost.
How Does a Kinetic Watch Work? Kinetic energy is the energy produced through motion. This type of energy, created by the body’s movement is what powers kinetic watches. Motion like swinging your arms while walking, turning the steering wheel while driving or simple everyday movements cause the oscillating weights within the watch to rotate.
The rotating pendulum is attached to a large gear which meshes with a small pinion. When you move, the pendulum turns and spins the pinion at a high speed (up to 100,000 rpm). This is coupled to a small electrical generator that charges a storage device (a capacitor or a rechargeable battery).
Features:
· Full titanium (super light and comfortable on the wrist)
· Kinetic movement 5m63. holds 6 months of charge when full, which can be checked by pressing the 2 o'clock button.
· 39mm without the crown
· English and Kanji day wheel
· 200m water resistance – proper diver.
· Beautiful sandpaper dial
· Drilled lugs (make it easy during strap changes)
· FRESH LITHIUM ION BATTERY
Overall Condition: This is pre-own watch that's in very good condition. All the fuctions work as they should. a brand new lithium-ion battery was just installed! Some MINOR signs of wear present.
Case and bezel: very good condition. Minor signs of wear.
Crystal: In good condition with some scratches on the AR coating.
Bracelet: full titanium- good condition. It fits my ~7'' nice and comfortable with 2 more micro adjustments to go.
What's included: watch only with it's bracelet. No box, no papers.
