Seiko Presage SRPD97J1 or Certina DS-1 Powermatic 80?

I've been looking to buy a new automatic, everyday watch. I'm interested in the white/silver dial versions of these two watches. My budget is between 500-750 dollars. However, my wrist is on the smaller side, measuring 15,8 cm in circumference. Should I even consider the Certina, due to it's larger size?

I think the lug to lug is actually shorter on the Certina, so they may not wear that differently

That sounds good. I'm leaning more toward the Certina due to its design, but I've read somewhere that the lug to lug is around 47-48, although I don't know if that's actually true
