Seiko SKA225 & SKA245; are they fakes?

I've seen a couple of posts around the net (eg. amazon.com) about these Seiko kinetic models (SKA225, SKA245) not having a Seiko kinetic movement and maybe not even being manufactured by Seiko.

Anyone confirm or deny that these models have ever been issued by Seiko?
