Hello, just wanted some advise on a recent problem. I was wearing my Orange Starfish to work and when sat at my desk I heard the familiar sound of metal hitting the floor. I looked and saw the bezel from my watch on the ground. Now I guess i'm lucky since it feel off and I have the parts, but I have to ask if any of you have had a similar situation? I tried to reset the bezel and it popped back on but when i turn it it pops of with very little effort. I have only had it for 6 months and got it from an eBay seller as new with tags and warranty. Since it appears that Seiko may have discontinued this one I'm looking for some ideas before I send it to COSERV.

Thanks

Don't know about the Starfish specifically but any sign on the bezel where a retaining spring might fit? You might be missing one and the bezel may have been held on to the case by friction until now...

I hadn't thought of that. The bezel has a rubber ring in the groove but no clip or metal retainer.

Good luck with the repairs. I bet Seiko will have whatever parts are needed...
