I've had my SNZG15 for about three months and really like it.
All the good things folks have said about it, already, are true for me. Mine's about five seconds fast each day ... seems really acceptable ... and the lumes are amazing. Eight hours, easy, with a flashlight charge before I go to bed.
I get compliments on it a lot, especially after I put an olive drab NATO strappy thing on it. I don't think I really like NATO straps, generally ... there's a lot going on and it makes for a bulky, complicated look, but I trimmed off about a foot of web, lace it through the return brackets differently than is typical and chopped off the second in-board bracket to clean it up. I think I'll keep it on that strap for a while longer. It looks sorta old-school tactical. The daughter of a WWII B-17 pilot once remarked that she saw her dad in a watch that looked similar. Sweet.
I think the fit, finish, accuracy and value of the watch are all high and recommend it. The strap is mediocre, but that's an easy fix and, frankly, changing bands/bracelets on watches is one of the geeky pleasures of being a watch guy, so I didn't mind tossing the stock strap in the bucket right quickly.
