Up for sale is my orange Seiko 5 SSK005J8, on a beautiful Zuludiver strap.
The SSK series needs no introduction, but just in case you don't know, here are the basic specs:
CASE DIMENSIONS: DIAMETER: 42.5 mm; THICKNESS: 13.60 mm; LENGTH: 46.0 mm
MOVEMENT: Caliber 4R34 (NH34) 21,600 vibrations per hour 24 jewels Power reserve: approximately 41 hours with "Caller" GMT Movement
CASE: Stainless steel case
CRYSTAL: Hardlex crystal
WATER RESISTANCE: 10 bar, 100 meters (330 feet)
STRAP: Stainless steel stylized five-row bracelet
LUG WIDTH:22 mm
BEZEL: Friction-fit bicolor with glass (I believe?) insert.
My copy is in excellent used condition. It's a vacation watch, and I did take it on vacation, so there are some small scratches on the polished sides of the midcase. Bezel is clear; the crystal appears to have a hairline scratch near 4:00. I haven't timed it recently, but when I was wearing it, the watch was within spec. Because of shipping, environment, etc., YMMV of course.
I didn't really like the Jubilee-style bracelet it was on, so I got a beautiful, comfy Zuludiver sailcloth with orange stitching to put it on. These are great straps with quick-release springbars that retail for seventy-five dollars. It really elevates the watch and makes it much more comfy to take on those beach vacations.
Comes with the Seiko outer and Seiko 5 inner box, the jubilee strap, all links, and an unsigned warranty card
I'm asking $250 NOW $240 200 $190 firm, including the Zuludiver strap. payment via PayPal or Venmo, shipped USPS priority mail within the U.S. additional shipping to be negotiated. I might be willing to sell the watch without the strap for a slightly lower price, but would prefer not to.
