Bought a watch while on holiday in Thailand, its an auto with a 44mm case, I love the look but really want a quartz movement put in.

There is a date at the 3 position.

if you know someone who can supply a simple no questions asked service for cash please message me or make a recommendation here.

Thanks.

It depends on several factors, including the stem height of the movement.
For example, a 2824 (3 hand Swiss auto) or Swiss/Asian clone equivalent can be replaced with an ISA 1198, as a direct drop in (stem height and hand hole sizes are a match).
Also, many quartz movements use different hand hole sizes from most autos. Your best bet is to find a local watchmaker (not "jeweler) and have them take a look.

There's no way to know, without knowing what movevent is in the watch. Also, discussions of such watches is verboten here, so don't be surprised if the thread is locked.

Not sure what to suggest, other than finding someone local.

Please prove your Chopard is legit. Not talking about the one shown in the pic. Since I think your watch might be a fake this thread is closed. Correct me if I am wrong.
