It's been a year and a half so this is the condensed version of ridiculous dealings with Shopworn (now Solist)

I bought a Ball "Endurance" from them about 2 years ago, after about 6 months the tritium tube on the second went dark, against my better judgement I sent it to Shopworn for repair they in turn sent it to Watch Central.
Six months later I got it back, not only did they not change the second hand they screwed up the crown so I couldn't wind it and it would stop every couple hours.

Back it goes for another six months until I called and asked where is my watch? They sent it back, it worked but, after having the watch for two six month "repair sessions" THEY STILL DIDN'T CHANGE THE SECOND HAND

I wore it for about a week and called Shopworn and talked to Natalia she assured me they would send it to a different repair shop so I stupidly sent it in. It's been about four months now and I found out they sent it to THE SAME STUPID PLACE - WATCH CENTRAL. I've been getting the run-around since.

I tried contacting BBB but, they don't have record of Shopworn or Solist

Sorry you are subjected to this abuse. It's ironic the Ball watch model name Endurance happens to be testing yours.
Have you shared this with Ball Watch Co.? Though I have no idea if they would or could do anything about it. Watch Central is listed as an authorized service provider.
Yes, Watch central does Ball warranty work and such but the watch was bought from non-authorised retailer, Ball will just tell you to deal with them.....I think this is some communication issue here, Shopworn probably is not clearly telling the repair shop to change the sec hand, and the people there just take the watch, see that it's working right and send it back....
