I experienced an absoute disaster with the Breitling Service here in Switzerland. The watch went back to Breitling after a complete service and a new sapphire. After a couple of month I recognised that the watch become slower and slower and at the beginning of the year the accuracy dropped to -25--30s/y. I sent the watch back to Breitling by my AD to correct that on warranty. Friday I wanted to pick up the regulated watch.
I received a watch with a damaged antifreflex coating and scratches on the crown side of the case.
What a disappointment! I left it at the AD and will send it back to Breitling for . What do I have to think about quality control and the willingness to do a proper job?
