2 pages have gone by, no Snoopy ticking rocket, and no 1815 chronograph. What's going on here lol

Without any limitations, 1815 chrono caseback would get my vote.

For favorite caseback that seems to be "worth the price", GO PML would get my vote.

For solid casebacks.... it's tough because it's not my specialty. I love my displays. But I guess I will give Christopher Ward Trident my vote.

Not overly expensive (yet), and seems to have stood by their "trident" design in many places of the watch case. And you can't deny it's a pretty good logo.

One might even say that they could have used that to replace their pixelated bullcrap logo

This is the back of my IWC Ingenieur 323904. The watch was purchased just before my son was born, with the intention of gifting it to him on his 18th birthday.

The watch is called “the Icky” as a reference to the name Ichabod. It’s random, but my parents used the name Ichabod as a “placeholder” (or a joke) when people asked if they had a name picked out when they were expecting me. My wife and I called our unborn son “Icky” as nod
to this story when we were thinking of names for our son.

Once he was born I had the caseback inscribed with the Nickname and our 3 birthdays (my dad’s, mine, and my son’s) to commemorate the event.

Anyway - this is my favorite caseback!
