The style or design of the Stowa I think falls into the category of "Bauhaus" which is a design concept emphasizing simplicity, clarity, and functional elegance.
Some of the companies which make pieces inthis style are Junghans with the "max bill" pieces...(not cheap but unsure of exact pricing), Xemex...Probably can get a used one around $200....Alba "Riki Wattanabe" pieces which are more around $100-$150 but small at around 37mm, and Mondaine which clock in between $100-$300 and are mostly quartz but true swiss made pieces, I believe as are the xemex.
