Bulova Super Seville is a Rolex Day-Date homage. A little more dressy than the Victorinox. Bagelsport I believe makes one too.

Whatever you go with, make sure it has the ability to set the day and date independently of each other. Made that mistake with an Orient I used to wear once a week or so. Had to sit there turning the crown for 5-10 minutes each time just to set the darn thing.

Thanks everybody for all the help more suggestions if any would be fantastic I'm making a list and going through my options. Budget ~$750, Mechanical preferable hand wound but automatic is fine. Under 44mm.
