Been a while since I've sold a watch here, maybe 2yrs?, it's all been purchases for me and I bought way too many. Going to be selling 6-7 watches or so over the next few weeks. This is watch #3!
This post is for a black dial Sinn 556i, 38.5mm case, 20mm lugs, on H-link bracelet. This was bought on a whim from yet another prolific seller on another forum in Jan 2024, and actually had the pleasure of meeting him in person in the LA area. It would be my 2nd time buying a 556i and I told myself I would keep it forever. Then I started getting this idea to go smaller and more elegant and put it away so I wouldn't get any new scratches or marks than were already there when I bought it. This will help fund a vintage Explorer.
Watch was purchased used and has scratches throughout the case, lugs, rear, and some scratching in the outer AR coating. Bracelet has desk diving marks. Also comes with Sinn contrast leather strap that is clearly worn but with lots of life left. I did not install or try the strap because I prefer the 556i on steel. I sought this watch out specifically because it had scratches, as I didn't want to worry about babying it at the time. Since then, my intention has been to let it go, so baby it I did. And it still looks badass. Please see pictures for examples of the watch condition.
