Up for sale is a very interestingly patinated Seamaster from 1960.

Included: Watch itself on a tan genuine ostrich strap.

Cosmetic condition: The pics will serve as my most thorough description, but here are a few specifics to note as well.

Case: 35.5mm steel case, great size for a vintage Seamaster. Does have scratches and nicks though overall nice, with bevels still noticeable on the lugs. Notable scratches on the undersides of the lugs.
Dial: This dial must have been originally black. The color now is kind of olive. Definitely original. Some black spots showing through on the left. Text is very visible and great condition, gilt. Ω symbol and hour markers have been patinated over as well. I suspect you would find a rosey gold underneath, matching the hands, if you were to have them polished.
Hands: Rosey gold dauphine hands. Appears original though polished, as they are shiny compared to the indices which have been heavily patinated.
Crystal: A few scratches (could be polished) and tiny specks here and there but overall nice.
Crown: Unsigned crown.
Caseback: Great hippocampus logo. Does have some scratches.
Movement: Manual-wind caliber 268, serial dating right about to 1960.

Functional condition:
Running very strong, winding perfectly smooth. Accurate within ~15 seconds per day.

Asking SOLD $600. Many references here on reddit and WUS.

Thanks!
