Only owner. I have never "truly" understood how people come up with the TZ percentage rating, so I am not going to guess. The watch is in excellent shape. Crystal and bezel look perfect. The polished sides have very minimal wear (barely noticeable) and there are a few marks from strap changes that are only visible from on the underside (not visible on the wrist).

A great way to start the SKX odyssey. It comes with:

• Original jubilee bracelet which is in fantastic shape as it spent most of its time on NATO's
• Navy NATO with polished hardware (barely used and in great shape)
• Red NATO with polished hardware (barely used and in even better shape)
• Navy/Grey NATO with bead blasted hardware (used and still in good shape... a couple of stretched holes)
• After market Z-22 strap (boiled into a curved shape...and only worn a couple of times)
