Up for sale a great vintage Waltham Divers style watch. Exact year is unknown, but this is likely late 60's to early 70's production. SOLD $259 OBO via PayPal, Free shipping to USA and Canada. International buyers welcome, but shipping will be at cost with tracking and signature confirmation. I have 4 sales here on WUS and have been an eBay member since 2004 with 100% feedback under the same name.

Specs are: 37mm without crown, 41mm lug to lug, 12mm thick, and 18mm lug width.

The polished stainless steel case shows a few dings and scratches consistent with age, and caseback has marks from opening. Caseback tensioner is still intact which is pretty rare. The crown is signed "W". The domed acrylic crystal has some light scuffs and scratches, looks like it was polished at one time. Hands and dial look great, minor patina on the hour and minute hand. The bright orange second hand is the star, it really pops. The dial is a charcoal or dark grey color with a subtle sunburst pattern. Lume only glows for a few seconds, but it does have a nice patina. The lume dot on the 5 o'clock marker is missing. The band is pretty hokey, a cheapie lizard type. I never bothered to change it, but it would look great on a nato.

Bezel is bi-directional
(no clicks on this model) and turns smoothly, minor dings and scratches. Inside, the 17 jewel FHF 905 movement (21,600 bph) was recently serviced and running nicely within 10 seconds per day. The movement is handwindable, and has quick change date (in the third position, rather than the second oddly), but doesn't hack. Winds and sets smoothly. Feel free to ask any questions.
