I just won this item on ebay, the ad was in a bad position and the descripition and photo left a little to be desired however, after sending a message to the sell he sent a few better photos including one with the soviet state Assay office 14k hallmark a star and the number 585. I think this was a great catch a solid gold watch for only $170 USD. I will have to wait untill it turns up to be 100% sure the watch is solid gold but the seller assures me that it is and from his photos it looks like the real deal. I am a happy man at the moment as i have been looking for a vympel of this type as well as a soviet solid gold watch and i have just killed two birds with the one stone.
