Thank you for a very nice writeup of a gorgeous Seiko. I think it's one of the better bargains of the watch world. Such a clean and classic design with a dependable movement. The slight cream dial is just right. What a watch. I remember falling for it as my first Seiko mechanical timepiece and deemed it too dressy for my line of work a year later. I now have its black dial brethren that sees regular wrist time. The bracelet is fine. Put it on some nice black or brown leather or even NATO for a change of pace. |>|>
Old thread I know but I have this watch arriving this week courtesy of Higuchi. I always considered SARB035 a bit too conservative/dressy but over the years it has worn me down. I'm looking forward to checking this one out.
