Someone PLEASE help me with my Victorinox Alpnach Automatic Chrono

Hey everyone! I finally bit the bullet on a Victorinox Alpnach Chrono Auto and I love it, except the second hand on my watch will not reset to zero. The user manual did not say anything about it and I'm not sure if I'm missing something or what I should do. Anyone have this problem? Also, the watch has the Valjoux 7750 movement and is version 241194. Thanks guys!

This one needs to go back for an exchange if it's new, warranty work if it's not and lastly, to a watchmaker if it's out of warranty, nonreturnable for some reason or gray market.

It needs a simple fix from a watchmaker. The hand is not aligned properly. The movement, etc. is probably fine.

No worries. It should get sorted out quickly.

Thanks for the quick response! Ya, something was definitely goofed up. About 20 minutes after posting this thread, the second hand literally fell off. Luckily I was able to exchange the watch for a new one without hassle or problems!
