Things got a bit out of control in the first quarter of 2018 with the discovery of a new Instagram auction site and some encouragement from the wife. I bought a bunch that were not on my agenda while I have been hemming and hawing over the bigger purchase of some sort of Rolex (white Milgauss, Oysterquartz, or two-tone DJ?). It will probably happen, but I may rethink what I have in the process. Also pursuing a Seiko 9063-6030. And if some sort of fancy gold piece became conveniently available (Moser, Parmigiani, or Cartier?), I might make some space. So here it is in groupings of three that are somewhat thematic.

The big guns: Piaget Upstream, Zenith El Primero Chronomaster Power Reserve, and Eterna Madison Spherodrive.

The collection is looking great! I'm not sure I've come across the Seebataillon GMT before, I really like it. I'm going to have to do some more research on it now.

And I really like the Vulcain, great choice for an office watch!

Very nice sir, the Laurel and the Shinola for whatever reason really draw my eye, then the Sinn and the Vostok come into focus, love the look of those!!!!

That's a really nice and diverse collection. I like the mix of the serious watches and the playful ones.

How does the AM/PM work on the Glycine? Also, what's the Credor?
Cheers, Metlin.
The Glycine has the normal 12-hour dial and the main hands operate as such, but the small arrow tipped 24-hour hand goes around once per day and is referenced against the two outer bezels. Thus, three time zones at once. It is currently indicating my time in Korea plus Eastern US (-13) and Central US (-14). The 24-hour hand is independently adjustable and the rest of it works as normal, unlike your Rolex Explorer with the independent 12-hour hand. Base ETA2893-2 movement and has been one of my most accurate mechanicals.
Credor sits as a strange boutique line to the side of Grand Seiko. Mine is a 2000's vintage HAQ 8J80 movement in a thin case. I would love to acquire one of the handwound spring drive models, like the GCLP991 for a reasonable $8k:

Well, one thing is for sure, this is not a collection by WUS committee! Love SOTCs threads and this doesn't disappoint. Totally support the idea of clearing space and funds for a (rose) gold piece, especially where there is some replication.

Great collection!

Lol, just out of curiosity, is the hand positioning coincidental? Of the 24, about 11 are reading 10:10-ish, 5 show 7:36-ish and a few others looked to be synced up. Just wondering if you hacked them all for the photos?

If it was running (the quartz pieces, primarily), then they were on time around 19:35-40 when I was taking the pics. Otherwise set to 10:08 or 1:51 for aesthetic purposes. Because I'm like that.
