Given negative responses on 33xx movement, looking to stay away from the 33xx movement.
Thank you for the help.

Nope

Nope, the Speedmaster Reissue uses the same Lemania based c.1861 found in the classic Speedy Pro.

So the speedmaster model 3594.5 is Lemania powered. In my brief exposure to the Omega forum, this sounds like a very robust movement and the movement of choice for Omega watch owners. Is that correct? Thank you very much for your quick response earlier.

You got it

You are correct, Jason. You're decribing the '57 Reissue, which was produced to closely resemble the original Speedmaster CK2915. Here's Peter's (gr8sw) Reissue.

The Lemania based c.x861 has been used in the Speedmaster Pro for almost 40 years, and is proven to be rugged and durable. You don't have to look far to find its praises around here.

Eric,
Thanks again for your help. Of course, my wife will probably not send "Thanks" your way. Now I know what to look for.
