Can somebody tell me the differences between the Ref. Nr; 145.0022 and 3570.50?

Is it true that the case number of the 3570.50 is still 145.0022, and they only switched the Ref. Nr. of the watch, because of the new bracelet (1998)?

And does the "nos vintage" 1771 bracelet fits on the 3570.50 with the 633 end links?

3570.50 is just the latest reference number for Speedy on a bracelet. According to Marco Richon's chart, hosted here, by Chuck, the reference was adopted in '96.

I'm really not sure if it coordinated with the release of the ref.1998 bracelet, but I believe it had already been around for a few years.

Yup. The case hasn't changed in decades. Any 20mm Speedy Pro bracelet will work just fine.
