That is one beautiful watch and IMHO, the leather strap looks perfect on it. Love that cream dial!!!

 

Perhaps a suede strap to take it a more casual direction. You could stick to a light brown or go all out with something wild.

I was thinking lighter brown ostrich also, but was reading that ostrich can be a PITA if the strap is not done/finished properly.

I've never owned an ostrich strap. [emoji16]

 

I would go with a honey brown rally strap

 

The Seiko SARB035 has a very similar dial color. If you Google search "seiko sarb035 strap monster" or something similar, you'll get several videos that will show that reference on multiple different strap options. Some of those would give you a great idea for how you're omega might look with similar straps. I'm sure you'll find that it's easier to find something that'll look fantastic than you think. I'm very partial to an ostrich in cognac (have two) and I think it'll work great there.

Beautiful Omega and I think it looks good on the strap in your photo. If you want to try something different, I would stay with brown rather than black. Maybe something a little darker and with a more distinct pattern. This is my cream dial vintage OP on a Hadley Roma chestnut gator.

 

 

I like the suggestion of the Chestnut Alligator or have a look at the Hirsch Speed line or any of their alligator straps with a matte finish I use one myself and think it top quality.
